PowerBI Analyst

Overview Currently recruiting for a FULLY REMOTE Business Intelligence Analyst for a reputable company in the Syracuse area. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis and reporting to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with various departments to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop reports that enhance business performance. Proficiency in Power BI and SQL will be essential in transforming raw data into meaningful information. Duties

• Collaborate across teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical requirements.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
• Utilize SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis from various databases.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business strategies.
• Support project management efforts by tracking project progress and ensuring timely delivery of insights.
• Document processes, methodologies, and findings to maintain a clear record of analytical activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong SQL skills across the Microsoft SQL Server stack (SSMS, SSRS, SSIS)
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner

Salary: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree
