- Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations by conducting internal audits and preparing for external compliance inspections.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and staff training to ensure regulatory standards are met.
- Manage reporting to investors and stakeholders, ensuring timely submission of required documents and updates.
- Lead a team to optimize property performance and revenue.
- Collaborate with site and regional managers to resolve compliance findings and maintain property standards.
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years of experience in property management, real estate development or compliance in affordable housing programs.
- Certification in Tax Credit Compliance, Affordable Housing Manager, Certified Occupancy Specialist is required within 6-months of hire.
- Strong leadership, training and crisis intervention experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a diverse population and maintain confidential information.
- Ability to travel to site locations as needed.
Salary: $80k-$95k
